  1. Shipping application components for the Service des TI at Ville de Montréal — currently functional and non-functional testing, vulnerability validation, and inter-system interfaces.

  2. Building Orchiq, my AI-automation studio in Montréal — agent code, integrations, and the boring infrastructure that keeps production AI workloads honest.

  3. Teaching three cohorts (60 students) at Institut Teccart: Angular, Node.js, Express, and FastAPI. Authoring a study guide and a certification exam alongside the course.

  4. Working toward OIQ Engineer (ing.) certification as a CPI.

  5. Reading: Designing Data-Intensive Applications.

  6. Building Nitta — a 12-service commerce platform — as a private sandbox for the enterprise patterns I want fluency with.
